Hi Doug I am not sure if they will pollinate or not, one thing you should 
consider if you do this and it does work. I think the cross would be 
considered open pollinated, with the flower being open for a day already bees 
would have had a chance to contaminate the male pollen. Now if you don't care 
about pure genetics and just want to get a pumpkin set then go for it you 
have nothing to loose.
