Here yesterday, gone today!

My growing season may be over... both of my 2 remaining vines wilted
overnight. The leaves look like a leaf of lettuce that was left out
all day! Some of the leaves have edges that are actually brittle and
most but not all are flat on the ground. But I think I did find the
culprit but I haven't identified it yet. On the underside of the
leaves there are cluster of small brown eggs, about the size of a pin
head. I have been checking them closely and this is the first time
that I noticed anything. I'm willing to try about anything to try and
salvage them. The vines extend about 15' and I do have fruit set. Any
suggestions or an ID of the eggs would be appreciated! Thanks, Jetta
