I tried to answer this question last week, but I don't see that it was
posted. I have found similar eggs on the underside of the leaves. I think
they are Squash Bug eggs. I put Murphy's Oil soap full strength on them
(used a very small paint brush) - diluted might have worked- and it seem to
smother them.
