Kevin-  Its Joe Ailts here using my in-laws computer.  Here's the best I can do:
 
Seems like irradiated pollen has been zapped by some gamma rays.  Pollen irradiation represents a valuable method for inducing haploid plants especially when combined with embryo rescue.
 
Irradiation had no effect on pollen germination percent. These pollen caused fruit set naturally with empty seeds.  A good tool for the production of seedless fruit.
 
 I do see one practical application to AG's... Everyone growing 846 "flatvine" Calai's using irradiated pollen will not be promoting the distribution of genetic mutant seeds...hint hint...
