You will not see pumpkins until you see flowers....if your plants have started to vine, you should be seeing little buds near the tips of the vines w/ a little marble under the buds, these will be the female blossoms which hopefully will be pollinated w/ the male blossoms. The males are longer stemmed and usually appear nearer to the base of your plant. You will be seeing something soon if your plant looks like what I've described above. Good luck!

PS-When did you get your seeds and/or plants in the ground? Its usually about 40-60 days before fruit sets.

Hey list. I live in massachusetts. My plants look really good. Green, Healthy, and they look like they are going to have flowers. (someday soon i hope)  Problem............NO PUMPKIN YET!!!! Does anyone live in New England and have the same problem? Is this going to mean no big one this year? what do you guys think.
