The only thing that can be done at this point is to mix up some
Triazicide and inject it right into the affected part of the vine at
about 1' intervals using a syringe. I used to do this with Bt and it
worked fine but should work better with any Lambda Cy based product. Mix
it at about 1/4 the normal dosage for spray applications. Good luck.
