Brian, Yellowing of the vines is normal. Some plants do it, some don't. It
just depends on the genetics. Your watering system can be drip, or sprinkler,
or both. I guess it just depends on personal preference. My sprinkler
system has sprinklers mounted 3 feet off the ground (to get above all the leaves)
and sprinkler heads just a few inches above the ground (to get the underside of
the leaves). I get a very even distribution of watering that way. It seems
to work for me anyhow.
