What I have found to work for pests over the years is a live trap(Havahart or other
brands) baited with black oil sunflower seeds stuck in peanut butter. Traps come in
various sizes. This has worked on voles, mice, rats, rabbits and raccoons in the
past for me. What you do with the trapped animals after you catch them is up to
you. Check with your state fish and game department before doing this. Laws vary
from state to state. Good luck.
