Any cures for wilt

I had to plants damaged from the wind and not they are wilting to the point
that the leaves look like wet wash cloths. I did have some cracks in the
secondary vines, I first buried them and after I saw the wilt on those vines I cut
them out. Now during the heat of the day (which has only been in the 80s) I
still have problems with these two plants. I have treated them with Captan and
copper fuguside to no avail.
If it is bacterial wilt is there anything I can do. Or should I cull these
two plants.
Any help would be greatly appreciated.
Bill
