No cure once they have it.  You might want to get your Pumpkin plant tested 
to confirm what your up against.  I've been growing Pumpkins for 25 years as a 
result I have some of the most diseased soil on the planet.  I'll be doing a 
detailed patch update this weekend that might be of interest to you.
