Re: Help!!! Stalk split!!!


I'm not sure if you are talking about the stem or the vine near
the stem when you say the stalk split.  Either way if it is a
split along the length of the stem or the vine, it will
probably heal quickly and have little effect.  If it goes
across the stem or vine it may impact how fast the pumpkin can
grow.

I would just watch, measure the pumpkin's growth each day, if
it continues to grow well and the split heals up - no problem.
