Getting rid of a plant

Hi List,

I have not posted much this year, but have been reading, now I have a big
dilemma. I have 3 plants going very strong. 455 Emmons, 520 Pugh, and a 745
Mettler. They are in an area that is suited for 1 plant maybe 2. The 745 has
about 3 or 4 very strong primary vines, the longest is about 15-20 feet. The
455 is growing right toward it with a 10-15 foot vine and their vines are
intertwined, it is hard to tell which is which. This is also a very aggressive
plant but it really only has 1 strong primary. The secondary vines start about
2 feet off the primary and they are not very thick. This plant does have huge
leaves and the male flowers are very large, but it doesn't put out a lot of
females. The 520 has at least 2 strong primaries and some secondaries that
have started close to the stump. My area (500 square feet). Is pretty much
covered. If I get rid of the 455, the 745 will have lots of room to spread
its primaries and I could have some pumpkins in the right place that won't
interfere with the other plants. The 520 is not bothering anyone, so it should
stay Is it to late to get rid of a plant without hurting anything else. I
should have culled the 455 long ago because of position, but it had been
growing so well, I just didn't have the heart. Would it be a good idea now?
What would you do? I am on the verge, but again I really have trouble killing
things. I would appreciate any advice.
