Squirrels
Squirrels don't eat the new growth on a pumpkin. Groundhogs do. Look closely
at that squirrel. He is a groundhog for sure. Put out your traps and put
some apples in them. You are seeing squirrels just because you haven't seen the
groundhog yet. He is there. They love the new growth on pumpkins. The only
thing they like better is the pumpkin itself.
