I was looking into the same thing since I have an 846 Jutras plant that has thrown me a couple of three lobers. There are 8 listed over 500 lbs on Mike's site, with the heaviest being 969 Krug 01. I personally don't think number of lobes affects fruit size, but probably affects the number of seeds you would get from that fruit...
Despite the fact that 3 lobes is a relatively rare occurance, now that you have one I'd say you have every bit the chance for a biggie with a 3 lober as a 5 lobe fruit.
Good luck...

Are there any 3-lobe pumpkins listed on the AGGC site? What's the biggest
3-lobe recorded? A couple of my fruits on the 852 Simmons are 3-lobe and they
are some of the best looking so far, so what are the opinions on 3-lobes, pro
& con? This is the first year I've ever had a 3-lobe, and I have at least 2 on
the same plant.
Thanks.
Mark
