I have a question about one of my pumpkins. My largest pumpkin (approx 300
lbs) has developed little pinholes that are weeping liquid out of them. They
are all over the pumpkin. Is there anything I can do for this problem? Or
is the pumpkin doomed? I have never seen this problem before. I had a vine
split once that started oozing all over the place, but not a pumpkin. Any
help would be appreciated.

Thank you

Hi Donald,
My experience has been, when it is weeping, it is growing really fast. I
keep a coffee mug with an old was cloth in it and some water with just a touch
of bleach in it. When I am checking the pumpkins I wipe off the jelly looking
stuff which is weeping out and keep an eye out for cracks.
Best of luck,
