Al,
I would try Triazicide...that seems to nail most of my insects...including the SVB...that sevin will not control ;-).
It is bought about anywhere...Home Depot, Walmart, etc.? It is a lower level of the old Warrior-T.

Earwigs are nocturnal, and they fly.
I've heard that bats (yes, bats) are the best thing to control them. You can
actually buy bat houses. Not sure if you want to go that route...

Hello Steve J.--I find that Sevin controls nearly all insects in my garden
and I have used it for years,lightly as needed.
The exception is earwigs,we have a high population this year and they seem
to just laugh at Sevin and chew even more holes.
What can you suggest I look for in a garden center to control earwigs??
