I felt bad that so many birds were flying into our picture windows; they eat
mosquitoes which try to eat use humans alive. I tried tying ribbons to flap
in front of them to no avail. I finally went out and painted with a
cornstarch/water mix and a 3" paint brush, great big 3-foot-tall scary faces
on them, with eyebrows like owls and scary-teeth wavy mouths, and haven't had
a bird hit one since. Of course, all who come near the house think a witch
lives here, but what the heck. We live in the country!
You might try some of these on your greenhouse.
cheers,
duchess of gladstone
