Do you spray under each leaf or just stick the wand under the leaves and wave it
around? I put the Bayer around the bases this morning. I did not find the
directions real clear so I hope I did it right.

The small 1 gallon sprayers that are sold under spectracide brand (and other
brands) have a piston pump that you use to increase air pressure in the
plastic tank. After about 10 pumps you can start spraying and there is
enough pressure that you can spray up from below the leaf canopy with the
hose/wand. They're pretty cheap - I think you can get one for between 10 and
20 dollars.
