I have used gibberelic acid but not on pumpkins. I used it in classroom with a plant called a fast plant. They go from seed to seed in 30 days. The best I can remember some plants were dwarfs (rosette) and to make them become a full sized plant you gave them the acid I think through the leaves. I bought the plants from Carolina biological. You could contact them possibly for more info. The plants were developed I think at university of Wisconsin.
