Subject: milk fed pumpkins

I can't tell you how many people have told me to feed my pumpkins milk or
sugar water once they found out that I would like to grow a big one.
Can anyone out there tell me wether this is substantial information or
just another old tale.
P.S thanks to tim and vickie for your help on the male flower issue. I
see that I have a few more females that are almost ready and some males
at the same stage. I may have pumpkins after all!
