Is it too late?

Hello:
I just planted my seeds on July 5th.  I live in SC.  I do not think they will
be ready by the middle of October.  What will make then mature faster? I just
wanted a big pumpkin for the neighborhood kids on Oct 31.  Even if it only
gets to 100#, that is big to me.  Any comments will be appreaciated!
