Re[2]: Terminating vines


Dear Ron,

I don't understand the reason for burying the vine.  Why not just
pinch off the end of the vine.  Is snipping the vine with a scissors a
definite "no-no"??

Bill,

I go back about a foot from the end of the vine. I use a shovel and chop the
end off and bury it with a shovel of dirt.
