Joe ,

I have seen this quite a bit.  Seems to really show on hot days.  I thought
that it might be a foliar nematode, thripes larva or some sort of blight.
Try your Ag dept......your taxes pay for their service....Hopefully there
is somewhere or someone that can find this out for sure.........let me
know....Brock
