Dan,

I am a first time grower of AGs.  I have a nice plant with a 15' main
and a large female blossom 11' out.  I'm getting a little nervous
because the male blossoms near the base are dying before they open.
Do you know why?  Do you have any idea how long before the female will
open from the time it appears on the vine?

There is also a male flower right next to the female.  Which one do you
think will open first?

I would really appreciate any help.
