Fertilizer

I went to eagle (garden & hardware store) and looked for 15-11-29
fertilizer.. I couldnt find any.. is it avialible at stores or do I have
to make it myself?

Another thing.. I use miracle grow for my Pumpkin and I dont know how much
to give it, anyone use MG? How much do you give your plant?
