i'm currently using rotedone, and sevin. Is methoxychlor a better bet?
what can i mix it with?

Methoxychlor is better for the borer. It is a liquid and mixes with water.
Get yourself a Solo backpack sprayer and spray those vines thoroughly, once a
week until roughly August 1.
