In response to your creating a new weigh-off site. I would suggest that
you contact someone with the GPC or WPC to see if you can have a copy of
their rules. That way you could get together with your growers and or
committee to decide what rules you might want to modify to fit you needs.
I have found the GPC to be very helpful in the past with question we have
had with our independent weigh-off.
The GPC has always promoted the grower. If you keep that in mind you will
have a great event and I wish you good luck and most of all have fun.
