Brock,  

No one has more respect for Al Eaton's work than I  (gosh knows I've 
spent enough hours poring over his family trees!).   I'm sure his 
information is accurate.  But I for one am hoping that those of us 
growing in places like Virginia and California can help to change that 
guideline a little bit in the future.  I certainly hope my pumpkins are 
still packing on pounds even after those northerners and canucks have 
been frozen out!
