viable seeds / pollen


Hi Jim,

 This is interesting.  Could you share some of those numbers with us - 
perhaps total numbers of seeds, what percentages were viable, and how 
those numbers correlated with pumpkin size?  

 Also where do you live?   You mentioned the decrease in available 
pollen - do you think this was due to heat, humidity or other weather 
conditions, or was it the stage of plant development and blossoming 
patterns?
