I would like to know more about what can be determined from the
beginning of oranging in a pumpkin. Here are a few questions.
At what point would a large pumpkin begin to orange.?
If it begins earlier is this a sure sign of the onset of maturity at a
point less then desirerable?
Will a pumpkin grow just as well when it becomes orange if the
conditions are right?
My two main fruits are 80 c and 78 c. The 78 shows a swatch of light
orange near the bottom of the blossom end. A certain sigh of maturing
too quickly?

It's nice to keep the orange out until they are over 100 inches. They grow
alot, though when orange.
