Alas, cantaloupe sized pumpkin and near by smaller one got whitish and are
obviously rotting. . .has been hot and humid. Is this likely to be heat stroke
or pests, etc? Are my other survivors doomed? They are in the shade part of the
day, altho' the main vine gets alot of sun. We are taking the demise of our
"best hope" hard, but at least we're not in TX. B
