Storing seeds

I recall this being spoken of this spring, but there did not seem to be
a consensus, and I would like to be sure before I store some valuable
seeds from last year that I was just sent.

I have heard of three ways to store seeds until next spring. They all
assume that the seeds are dry and healthy.
1. Freeze them
2. Put in a dark jar with some sort of dessicant and store at room temp
or cooler.
3. Store in a moisture proof container and put in refrigerator.

Which is best?
