I have a few nonlethal suggestions, as well as one very good lethal one.
1- Get a pellet gun and shoot him a few times, but not hard enough to kill the
little SOB.
2- Get a few firecrackers, and light them off when you see him around the
patch.
3- Get a .22, and waste the little bastard.
