Last update for this month. I can hardly believe the tape measure.
Circumference today was 117 inches for an estimated 368 pounds. Also
took measurements for OTT (Over The Top) calculations and found it to be
70.5 inches from side to side and 74 inches front to back for a total
of 261.5 inches. According to the table prepared by Len Stellpflug this
would be estimated at 362 pounds, so the two estimation techniques are
in close agreement. None of my previous pumpkins have even been this
big at the end of August let alone the end of July.
I have placed a new photo in the Growers Log for July as well as updated
the Growth Chart on the web page.
