Captan

I have been searching in the archives for some information about Captan. I
would like to make a paste to treat some spots on my pumpkin but I am not
sure of the concentration of Captan to use. The fungicide I found has 14.7%
Captan as an active ingredient. Should I be using a higher or lower
concentration?
