Howard Dill sells tarps of different sizes for carrying the pumpkins...I
think Ray Waterman at P & P might too but I'm not sure....I haven't used
one myself but hope to in the future!

Ok, it's the end of September and I have a whopper on the vine -- measures
out to 900+ pounds. That's a pretty good effort for a rookie pumpkineer.
Now, what do I do with it? I can't exactly put it in the back of my Saturn!
Heck, I can't even pick it up. The front end of my tractor lifts off the
ground when I use the boom and chain.
How do I get this beast to a weigh-off? How do I get it off the ground?
Should I have done something back, say, in July when it was a mere pup?
Man, I'm sure glad I'm not pretending to have a 1,500 pounder! Then I'd
really be in trouble.
