                    I don't know of any double wide bud set that has not 
aborted. However, if you have a true Siamese bud, (two pumpkin buds that are 
connected, BUT HAVE TWO SEPARATE flowers that are not connected) then I think 
you have a chance of setting a true Siamese pumpkin. Last year I saw a CT. 
field pumpkin that was a true Siamese, Again, I believe the key is both 
flowers on the Siamese pumpkin must be separate and normal looking. If the 
flower is big and not normal looking I do not think it will set. Good Luck!
