Right now, I have an Addit dispensor, which is fixed at 1::400 (and rates
of 2-8 gpm). Fertilizers like kelp juice need to be applied at something
 more like 1:64.

I hear one of the Dosamatic models will work, but they are ~$320. Should I
 just shell out the bucks?

Dan,
Price of the small Dosamatic shouldn't be quite that high. They don't work
well in real thick liquids......not sure about the kelp.
