Re: Al Eaton (watering)


     Well, if a plant needs 1 inch per square foot and my plant is 400 
square feet, that would be 400 gallons per week or  57 gallons per day.  Now 
all of that can't go to the main root and my vine isn't rooted in too many 
spots.  So can I give more water to the main root than is required for its 
square footage?
