The best hose to faucet water timer that I have used is the Gardena model# 31229-4. It has a ten year watertight guarantee, simple to program and runs around $60.00 US. This year I'm also experimenting with oscillating, pulse, impact, and whirly sprinklers that have timers built in them and so far so good.
