I think that this is the answer. When it gets that hot, then you need some
shading, or cooling devices.
Look back in the archive for discussion on misters, which are like
mini-sprinklers that put out a, naturally, mist rather than a stream.
Directions come on the carton.
Garden shops sell shade cloth which cuts out a certain percentage of the sun,
which is explained on the label, or by your friendly garden guy.
