Can't get female flower pollinated!

This year can't win with the weather!!! It is either raining and cold or
now it is to hot!! A happy medium would be nice, but no luck!! Any ideas on
how I can pollinate a female with temps in the 90's. I heard about cooling
the female but again HOW????

Also seems impossible to get a male and female open at the same time!!!!

I don't ask for much just one pumpkin bigger than last years. Last year it
was 64lbs and it wasn't even a AG seed. This year running in to alot more
problems...maybe trying to hard!!!

Also question about Miracle grow, how often and how much???

Any advice would really be appreciated!
We have a small local competion in town, last year there was some pretty big
ones the largest was 808 lbs and the second was 804 lbs, the majority of the
rest were between 600 to 400 lbs, not bad for a small town. The total
population of RainyRiver , Ontario, Canada is 1200.

Well thanks again
