More Sprayer facts...
It Is a Standalone unit, with wheels, It has a battery that you charge that
when charged is good for 8-9 full tanks. A charge takes overnight. I also
use it to water plants in my sun room since it is 11 gallons.
Cleaning is very easy, the top that comes off, is about 6 inches across, and
the bottom has a clear jar, with a filter that comes off before it goes to
the pump.
It weighs probably 30 lbs or so. It is a good thing as Martha would say.
Here are some specs (I just looked it up)
- 12 Gallons
- 9 Tankfuls on a charge, Overnight to Recharge
- Sprays 2.5 Gallons a minute When the nozzel is fully open.
- Can adjust the nozzle from a fine mist to a 25' spray
- 15' Spray hose, Sprays up to 25'
- Avaialble as a tow behind a tractor (would not really work for pumpkins, I
think the tractor might crack the vines?)
It is really good.. Only thing is the cost $399. It does work and you will
spray more.
I would tell you that I have not had any bug problems, since I have had this
sprayer, but that would be pushing fate and I could see an army of borers
coming my way. So I will just say it works.
