I just talked with a guy in a garden store today about what else....pumpkins.
My 10 year old boy was with me.
We got into the subject of flat vines as my son's plant is a flat vine. The
garden store owner said "We had one three years ago. We just let it go. At
the end of the season, we were surprised to find a 300 pounder..."
My son's flat vine pumpkin is now larger than a basketball and he is now
encouraged. I hope you are too!
