Re: Wrinkling Leafs
John,
Over the last few days we have been very warm with some overcast. Weather
report is to be upper 90's today with low 100's tomorrow and close to 110
on Wednesday. My plants are just starting to get leaves and when the heat
hits I should get to the vine stage in two or three days. Plants have been
in the ground for about a week and are moving right along.
We installed 50 more misters yesterday and the patch looks great when they
are on. 500 gallons of mist per hour should keep it nice and cool under
that CA sun. 50% shade cloth directly over the plants during the hot part
of the day should protect the new growth for a while.
Grow em or blow em,
Jon
