Leaf Problems
I apologize for asking so many questions but I really want to get this right and am for the most part clueless. My plants are still small, no vine just yet. The biggest leaves are 7 inches. They were looking really good until the last few days. They are getting brown, dry spots on them ranging from very small up to the size of a nickle. If I put my finger under the leaf you can actually see it thru the leaf. The unaffected parts of the plant look very healthy.
Is this being caused by a fungus or is my soil mix maybe to hot for them? Is this normal at this stage of growth? I don't think it is caused by insects as I have been taking very good preventive measures and have not seen any.
The weather here has been somewhat wet for the last week. I have Maneb fungicide spray. Should I start using it?
Thanks,
Mark
