beheaded main/update
Hello all,
I got a little too close to my 749 Mombert with the tiller, and chopped the
head off my main vine. The main was only about 5 ft. long. Now what are my
options,go for one on a side vine? Give up and pull the plant? Or....?
The rest of the patch is doing fine, the 859 Mombert has about a 9 ft. main
and 4-5 ft. secondaries with females showing on nearly every vine. I am
removing secondaries as this is a really full plant. The 815 Mappes is doing
well also with about a 7 ft. main and 1-2 ft. secondaries. The Lloyd was
pulled Friday, though it was doing well, just not so good when the heat is
around.
Time to go work in the patch now,any advice as to what to do with the
beheaded main is appreciated.
