Re: Problem


Take a close look at the stump. It could possibly be stump rot or even root
rot. I have seen this with my plants before and it could be this or a number
of other things. If it is stump rot or root rot you may be able to get
enough vine rooting going to get  a decent pumpkin. If it is this it isn't
always fatal for the plant and  it may pull through.
