Re: WI growers...storm damage?

Here in Plymouth Wi, we had the same kind of weather. I was a little more
prepared for it though since we had several severe wind storms already this
year. I heard that there was a chance of a sever storm so before I left for
work that night, I anchored my green houses down with concrete blocks. Yet
the wind was so strong that it knocked down all of my snow fence around the
garden and whipped one of the greenhouses into the neighbors farm. It bent
the steel posts for the snow fence over like noodles. The only damage to
the plant under it was just some leaves broke off since I was able to cover
it quickly before it was uprooted. Other than that and some uprooted trees
and a drenched garden, all the other plants are fine.
