I have 55 gal barrels and a 300 gal rainwater reservoir all of which gravity 
feed my plants with ease. Of course there isn't enough pressure to run drip 
hoses, so I recommend getting a hose splitter, that is, a two way hose valve 
for the spigot on each barrel. This will allow you to run two hoses to your 
patch off each barrel. That should work nicely with a good easy flow. 
However, your barrels will drain fairly quickly, so do not recommend any 
pumping device. Keep it simple.
